Developing architectural principles for data warehousing and integration
Designing data flows, algorithms for data loading and processing

At least 5 years of experience in DWH/BI

Enterprise Architecture Consultant

Required work experience: at least 3 years

What are you going to do?

IT strategy development and implementation projects with a focus on Enterprise Architecture:
- o Analysis of customers’ current IT architectures, assessment of the functional areas’ automation levels, current IT systems’ “health check”, comparison with the best practices
- Drawing up a report on the current state of IT architecture and its presentation to senior management
- Preparation of recommendations on the development of IT architecture, including the issues of replacing IT systems, implementing boxed IT systems vs. in‑house development, preparation of a short list of recommended systems / vendors, assessment of labor costs for deployment and operation, cost of ownership of IT systems
- Preparation of the roadmap for IT architecture development
- Recommendations on the advisability and practical application of modern technologies: microservice architecture, analytical tools, AI, IoT, etc.
- Analysis and presentation of relevant case studies and international experience in IT architecture development in similar companies
Product development and sales support:
- Improving methodologies, tools and methods as well as developing new products
- Updating presentation materials on products and services of the practice
- Creation of technical and commercial offers
- Participation in pre-sales meetings and offers presentations

Experience in projects in one or several areas:
- Design, visualization, and security of enterprise IT architecture (functional, application-oriented, information, integrative, technical), management of IT architecture
- Presenting architecture and IT systems/architecture development strategies to managers outside the IT unit (explaining specific IT issues in “plain language”)
- Interacting with “end customers” (managers, users) in the context of developing enterprise IT architecture and IT systems infrastructure
- Understanding of “standard” functional and application-oriented architecture in specific industries (banking, insurance, retail, manufacturing, mining, transportation, etc.), namely the application-oriented IT systems and their functionality, leading software suppliers in the industry, etc.

System Analyst (DWH)

Your tasks:

Business analysis and systems analysis of tasks related to the development and implementation of DWH and/or individual analytical solutions based on DWH, as well as tasks related to the implementation of advanced analytics tools (statistical analysis, predictive modeling, etc.)
Collecting and registering requirements of the customer's business and IT departments, joint developing optimal functional and technical solutions for loading, processing, storing and analyzing data
Designing a data model for a detailed data storage layer, data marts (for traditional BI solutions), data quality checks and visualization tools
Developing a testing strategy and detailed scenarios for modular, integration, functional, load, and acceptance testing of ETL processes for loading data, reports, and file uploads
